Ive lost my profile trying to get the game on my phone as well as my tablet and I end up with the stupid alex profile.
Three tickets logged over 24 hours ago and still no reply. Ive spent over 100 on gold this month . Does anyone know.
How long it take to get a reply?Yes I know they in the usa -8 hours behind mebut come on guys

I had same problem last week, got a response after day 1, said they resolved but in fact it wasnt fixed until 4 day later
