Hey Everyone

I need some advice.....

What is the best way to accumulate the drop boxes when an event begins???

I can never seem to get more than the odd one or two in the first 48 hours.

I only ever bother doing jobs when the events are on but still only receive the odd one or two drop boxes.

Is there certain maps that have a higher drop rate??

Does it matter what map level you are on??

Should i pick a job and continue doing the same job over and over again or should i do as many different jobs as possible??

I'm getting fed up of the first 2 days of each event being wasted especially when Funzio advertise "A One Week Special Event" and then the countdown clock is only on 6 days when i open the event.

Funzio - A week consists of seven 24hr days.... Stop this false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Red cascade job in the red light district is giving me 5 crates with 3000 energy used
Drop rate is not so bad i think.
Maybe others will find better drop rates on another job.

do a job around 500 energy and u should get good drops.

pvp on first day of the event need some luck and searching. look out for the hoods with collected laundromats, those play and hopefully just had a fail so u could try to steal their box :)

Do the most expensive jobs, use your revenge button as those players are more recently active.

Jobs ae definitely your best bet...anything above 300 energy should give you a good chance of a drop.

You need a bot of luck with PvP at the beginning, plus people get quite annoyed when you pinch their only box...but I say tough luck! :p

I try to spend energy on "end bosses" only. I felt they have a nice drop rate above the other missions :)

(But sometimes, like this event or the previous one, it takes several hours to get the first crate.. )

Yea I have the same issue. Im only level 25 and I can never find any. I just get stuck for the first day until other people get them and then I can steal them. I dont think "ANY job" is the correct statemt funzio.

I just got one at the Teahouse in Chinatown - I usually go there during events. Got 1 one one hit
And the Boardwalk Shooting Gallery is also a fairly good one - but need to hit it a few times.

Quite honestly, it is EXTREMELY difficult for low levels to find them early in the events. Sorry.

But to answer the OP, Restaurant Row & Russian District always drop lots for me... Energy cost: in the 100-200+ range.
