Should I build 2 hotels or 1 nightclub?

Let's see 1 level 1 Nightclub gives you $192,500 at tycoon every 6 hours for a grand total of $770,000 per day.
1 level 1 hotel gives you $313,500 at tycoon every day. With 2 hotels your grand total is $627,000 per day.
So as you can see the Nightclub is the better option even though it costs $23 million more.

Only if you never sleep or set your alarm every 6 hours. If you don't collect all 4 collections per day then the Hotel would be the better option. The math says it all.

I need to correct my statement, both of mine are level 3, and I missed on each so I could sync after the upgrades. But it does get fun... wake up and collect, lunch and collect, dinner..., and bedtime....! I know, I'm a loser ;)

@boss lol I wasn't going to say anything. The 6 hour collection has me worried, I would count on missing one of those at least, I think I might be going with a hotel, by the time is done building upgrade and start the second.

The real value of the NC is when you upgrade it, b/c L2 is 3x's L1, L3 is 6x's. So, unless you are ready to save up to upgrade to L2 right away, then I would say 2 hotels.

Agree completely I had both my office buildings built before I built my NCs. Don't regret it at all cause then it took a lot less time to save for the upgrades. I collect my NCs four times a day by setting alarms but when they're at level 4 it's pretty worth it :p

It will get robbed but you won't lose money if you turn off the phone without closing the game. I do that everyday and I get robbed but never lose a $ but I'll still multiply it by 2.4 like you said when I'm giving other players tips.

I noticed it seemed to stopped working for me the last month or so, and I heard on the forums, others were still able to use it....Thanks, that must be the reason.

So the major question becomes are you rich enough to save up for the NC?
If your IpH is like 200k or something,go NC as soon as possible.

I've had my nightclub for about 2 months now and I've only ever missed 2 collections. If you go NC though I strongly recommend upgrading it to level 2 immediately.

I/h is 110k been saving for about three weeks, that's including robberies.

Take the events and upgrading one loft to lvl 3. I have 2 lvl 3 lofts, 2 upscales lvl 2, 2 condos lvl 2, 2 mt lvl 6, 2 rock cafe lvl 2 and misc stuff

If you are rarely getting robbed successfully and can collect at least 3/4 times a day I would go for the Nightclub. It's simply the best building in the game. But that's just IMHO.

If you're more comfortable with 24h collections then get the Hotels.

The choice depends on your style of play and how actively you play.

what level were the NCs and how many times did you hit?

If you're gonna go Nightclub, give your Upscales one more upgrade first to get them to level 3. It'll really help you get to that $40 million faster. You're Upscales will go from $180,400 at tycoon to $315,700. Since you have 2 the total income per day will be $631,400 per day for $11,155,600 on each upgrade.

I have a level 3 night club and a level 2. I only collect 2.4 times a day but im not complaining. I'm happy when i manage to collect three times. It's all good fun

but the NCs make up for it for the extraordinary income increases as you level them up. even from 1 to 2

:) would like to hear the simple math behind it.
Since he is having a 110k IpH which is very debatable on whether to save a nc or not(due to he has lots of good buildings unlocked and lots of good potential upgrades)

I think building hotel, upgrading loft and upscale could be a pretty wise choice.
