I got problem in this event

today, i got 8 ship propellers.
In this afternoon, when I try to open a sea crates , i find that all disapear....
I truned it off and on again and i found i lost ALL OF SHIP PROPELLERS .....
and now, I re-open again in this evening, i miss one from 8 to 7.......
so what so i do !?
because i did open 1 more again and return to 8 now....
can system give me back the one i miss?

and how can i report such matter?

They are usually pretty lenient about things like this and don't require much proof from you. There are many small problems with the game and this has likely happened a lot, to a lot of different people. They will likely prize you with the 9 part reward whenever they receive your ticket.
