raiding no money building

One question : a stupid guy is raiding all my no money building but not the building money...

Is a strategy or is he really stupid ? he is raiding my defenses too. May it disable them ?

Repeatedly raiding is a bit odd, either as Hassleham states or someone who hasn't quite gotten to grips with the game...

When the program was continually crashing I used to do a first raid on a defence building of an opponent as crashes awarded experience points and casualties but not Valor or dollars. If it didn't crash I then went for the cash. If it did I ran the program back up again and kept scrolling till hopefully the name popped up and I could go an raid normally.

Attacks were out of the question as the program had a 100% crash rate at the time...
