Just saw a guy with 600 of these - how can this be possible? These things cost 8.8k each in my store, is nit a loot item, and his income is only 4.3k. That would be 51 days of 24/7 output and he has level 10 cottages so not possible? All of a sudden he has bumped up his stats huge out of nowhere..is it possible that get that much from PvP? He has been camping a lot so i don't get it.

When in doubt just report it, support will handle it although you will never be notified directly what happened. IF they do get banned you wont see them in the game any longer.

It depends on whether or not they purchased gold with real cash, seems rare to me but could happen. I've seen a player with over 10+million worth in regular gold purchased top end armor and weapons with less than 1200gph. That's about $4000 to $5000 in real money used to purchase gold which is highly unlikely in my opinion.
