This is probley a modern war record I lost 600k in a battle to a guy that has 4 allies and I have a wonderful 2...

Like really it's 10% loss of cash not 40% I didn't loose any units ether :D

Crikey that's not even in the ball park.

Pretty sure I've nabbed one or two for around 4.2 million (think I got fourteen hits in) cause they left the cash out of the vault.

My personal worst was getting done for about 900k right after a good raid when the program crashed and I couldn't get back in for about ten minutes. It was enough to give someone time for an early xmas pressy...:p

Easy answer is upgrade the vault to keep the cash locked away.

Buy a couple of units with good defence ratings.
If you are not strong enough to stop the raids and you have a building being constructed, another being upgraded, the vault being upgraded and a plot of land purchased and don't want to buy more units then buy decorations. You can sell these back at later for half what you paid but that is better than the nothing you will currently have.....

Remember...This is a GAME....cop the hits on the chin and use them as a focus to getting ahead so you can get EVEN....:p

I currently have two on my vengeance list with an expected response due date of a week ;)

I did I spent every dollar on def and I'm gonna add some Allies and my valt is upgrading slowly...... Lol I was laughing when I saw that attack I don't know why :P
But you can see the guy has 4 allies and he's havin trouble attacking me but he also got a profit for the 10 or so attacks he has done on me.

An oil rig already, oh my you are already miles ahead of me...You will get a laugh when you see my base, I have played this game very differently from what you really should do to see how far I could get.

Had to start increasing the revenue stream a couple of levels ago though as raiding just gets too expensive when you start relying on Valor units as your boost.

I've also come up through the ranks way too quickly to actually survive in the higher levels and I expect to get creamed fairly regularly over the next few levels. My strategy is simply to try to make it too expensive for people to raid my base, as for attacks keep the money vaulted. People will still hit you on their way to Valor bonuses and that's fine.

I have pulled in big cash from attacks more in the last few days than in months before. I surmise that players are leveling up too fast and don't have the vault big enough to hide cash. I hit one poor guy for 2 million yesterday, I even stayed in his base while regenerating energy so I could attack more. Maybe the ranking system has caused players to level up too fast, hard to say. As an aside, I will frequently vault cash in the middle of a lucrative attack/raid so I won't lose it back in case the attack goes against me. I have had occasions where multiple attacks on the same player will suddenly and randomly result in a loss.

A few days ago, I was trying to save for a 19Mil upgrade and only needed to wait one more hour for my 24hr buildings like Oil Rigs to synch. I was also being greedy not wanting to complete the bosses I had at one hit left so I could get the extra millions easily.
At the moment, I was carrying around 16 mil and had my Ore Mine lv.6 and Oil Refineries lv.3 and 4 ready to be collected.

Logged one hour later, the buildings got raided for easily 1mil+, and I was down to close to 10.5 mil, two guys got me for 2mil+ each.

Lesson learned, I'm finally going for more def instead of iph :D

Just got done for 2.4 million with less than two hours to go for my Oil rig upgrade of 19+ million.
Funny how I got a 30k win in between a 1.8M and a 600k loss.
If they don't cap the losses, why do they cap the wins when being attacked?

Anyway, my biggest loss was something like 3.5M, think it was about 75% of my unprotected money. I still think this is too much, especially now I am at the level where most relevant upgrades ar ebigger than my maxed out vault.

So yes, invest in defence is next...

i lost a 600000k and the way that happened was I attacked a player 2 or 3 times and then that stupid Epic Boss screen pops by the little time it took me to close it I lost 600,000k usually When ever I have more than I can hold I spend it on

You can only hit a player/rival 20 times so I lost 300k per hit. 6000000=20 hits, 2100000=7 hits and 3600000=12 hits

Don't worry though, you will lose some cash here and there to stronger players and you will also get some donations from weaker players. I have made 300k today this way. One guy tried 6 times donating 180k before giving up...just got to take the good with the bad AND always check stats and measage boards before attacking. You may see a rival with a ton of unvaulted cash who is friends with and in frequent communication with a string gold player who will wipe you out for picking on his little buddy!

Sweet! We have mcdocs method for winning collect 10 events, the ferr method for winning auction events, and the albeezy method for losing $6 million a pop! Try not to attempt the albeezy method too often! Lol

What I love is the player who will donate $ to my base one day, then come back the next day (or even later the same day) and donate again, as if my stats changed overnight and he has a chance to win the next time around...lol.

Got 15 hits in on someone with 300k payout per attack (4.5m total) the other day. Than I turned the screen off, came back 30 min later and did it all over again. However, my units are pretty darn expensive too so attacks need to be compensated sometimes.

Yeah, I got some bad directions and kept criss-crossing through the storms caused by el nino. Judging by the looks otf it, I must have driven through it about 12 times! LOL

It varies by level up to a maximum of 20 attacks per 2 hours for 10% unvaulted cash (max 300k per hit) for a grand total of six mil. I've heard it reported that some higher level players can hit 30 times, but I can't confirm that part.

Note this doesn't include any raids. There is no limit for that. Collect your buildings on time.

6m is the most you can currently lose in an attack by one player. I also consider a raid that occurs at the same time as part of the battle. I have lost over 30m in one so called battle before.

Again, the rules have never changed. They just don't spam your news feed with 20 individual attacks. They lump all the attacks into one notification, making it appear as if you only got hit once for 6 million. Please, for everyone's sake, read the forums before posting; it makes things much easier on other forumites and the developers looking for actual bugs.

I'm at level 96 with attack/defence around 11,000 each my vault is maxed out... I was wondering if anybody had any tips on generating huge amounts of cash to save up for the anniversary centre as its limited edition ..... Think the most I lost is around 400k. No idea why it wasnt in the vault.

Most I've taken from a player from attacks I think was around $4M , then I raided his base for another $2-$3M. (benefit of high stamina).

Question, on a single attack on a player, the most I seem to get now is $300k, I'm level 77. Does it go up from this at higher levels?

But I think he was a cash hacker because thats all he had and low level everything else.

Over the past year and a bit i have lost close to 50 mill including a few 6 mill losses. i lost nearly 3 mill to " dads money " just this morning.
