Help with the amount of allies I should have

Im level 27 with 2 aillies my attack is around 150 and def is around 160

Level 2 robo falicty
Level 4 shipyard
Level 5 airfield
And level 4 barracks

Do I need more allies or upgrade my buildings and then get more allies??

How's your rivals list look? As in is there a wide gap of players that have lots more allies or higher lvl then you? And if you have a decent income atleast while your upgrading you could afford some decent units, if you wanted to bump your allies.
