Leila drops a big bag of nothing since she was nerfed. The spreadsheet still indicates a DD loot, but at a 0% drop rate.

Leila is a waste of time and $15M.

I've quit farming since the "gun, that should no longer be mentioned". Never made it to get DDs. I'm kind of in a semi-camp state right now, but would be looking for the ECB if I wasn't.

It has been a long time since I checked the loot drop rates, but that seems high for the ECB. I think there may be better locations than where you're trying.

DITTO. I don't care how mch money you pay, the rules shouldn't change for them.

In Red Light District the Red Cascade car drops Buses, but the rate is not particularly good. I've found that Urban Warfare Vests at Clothes Store in Empire Arena Plaza have a better drop rate, but because I wanted vehicles I've been plugging away at Red Cascade.

When the stats added by these items gets too low I'll change permanently to Ma Sheng in Black Market.

Dang son, you should be able to farm from sunup to sunset with that kind of energy. Hit those loot spots up!

Makes sence, that's the drop rate according to the spreadsheets... 1 per 6,250 energy...feels like a rip off since i've only gotten 1 so far from it O.o
