Would you sell?

Thinking about dumping my desalination to open the space for another oil rig. The desalination only makes 21000 at level 1 but the upgrade price is crazy. My expansions are at 3. Million. Should I wait, and save for another expansion and an oil rig or dump the desal. I'm alternating between upgrading money buildings and my cement factory but my cement is only level 5 and my iph is low, 121,000.

I would not sell the desal, very useful buildings. 3 mil for land isn't too bad yet, that's what I pay now.

i thought their upgrade costs are cheap compared to the oil rig, mine are both lvl 4 and pay 115,5k each every 12h. i wouldnt sell em. well my oil rigs lvl4 pay 962,5k each but its a long save up, desaliation is faster money id say

I wouldn't sell the desal, but would definitely make the oil rig your next build. Love the oil rigs.

I wouldn't sell the Desal plant at all. I'm making $73,500, each at level 3. Just save up and wait to get land and the rig.

Oil rig is worth it, but so is Desal from a long term standpoint. I have my Desals at level 4, my 1st Oil rig is almost done with upgrade to level 2 in 3 hours. I will then level up the other today.

3 mil for an expansion is great!! I'm up at 10 mil but I don't really have any reason to keep going. My biggest problem is that I need to save for a nanotech. Oh yeah I just hit 400K per hour a couple days ago!!!!! Any have a good suggestions on how to save for it outside of buying and selling just to get there.

There should never be a reason to sell a money making building. Even a supply depot has it's uses. Plan a strategy of building upgrading expanding, and don't waver. Sometimes things take longer than we want. That's the prob. We're all impatient.

I wouldn't sell, personally. I'm trying to get my first oil rig built, and went the expansion route. I don't want to ever sell a building.

Eventually, you will repurchase that desalination plant anyway, including the land expansion, so it does not matter... I paid 13 and 14mill per square for each desalination plant ;)

Oil rig 2 is now upgrading to level 2. Every building i bought i still have. once that is done i am going back to my desal plants to get them up higher.
