I'm only at level 141, and if he drops off my feed he's gone.
I've taken his Land Mines from 500 down to 440, but he's stopped hitting back, so I'm assuming he wants off my feed, and might even try spamming.
He's acting a bit weird - yesterday he nuked all of his buildings (which were all junk bar 1 x Nightclub - he only had 38K economy even with NC), and he dropped his mafia size from 498 down to 350, so looks like he is trying to minimise the hits I can make, go under the radar and lay low.
Be careful, he has 50K Att, 45K Def, but over 10K of that Def is Land Mines which can be stripped away.
He's been reported, but would still like to see this Rat getting some good old-fashioned street justice - I've got him covered until he falls off my feed, but if you see him, drop buy and introduce him to your M4A1s.
