Where do you find these loot unit - Grand Dragon and Vampire Lord

I encounter a guy with 6 Grand Dragons with 260 Attack and 232 Defense and a Vampire Lord 112 Attack with 105 Defense. Both are listed as indestructible but when I try to buy it, it said it's a loot item.
Does anyone know where to find these loot items?
I'm at level 25 and would love to have these loot items?

They buy them with Gems..

No, I can't find them anywhere in my Beast Unit tab. When I click on the "Buy" button, it stayed item is a loot unit and it cannot be purchase. I'm curious as to how this person get these unit. A gem unit will normally said I don't have enough gem to purchase the unit when the "Buy" button is pressed. Is there such a thing as a loot indestructible unit?

Grand Dragon was Limited Edition unit couple of weeks ago, and Vampire Lord (and Barbarian, Amazon, Stone Golem, Mystic and Blood Spider) were "normal" gold units available to purchase right at start. They were removed quickly and replaced with current ones, wonder why.

Thanks Sepi. I kind of suspected that but the statement of "loot" item when trying to purchase it just confused me.
Wow, this play spent a boat load of gems.

Wow that is a lot of Gems used.
The Vampire Lord did cost 300 Gems
and the Grand Dragons cost 925Gems last week

So he has used:
6x 925 + 300 = 5850 Gems

BTW, thanks to Fisk spreadsheet and ghost guide. As a free player, my attack is at par with his defense and he doesn't even come close to my defense at level 24. I raided his level 6 Silo.
