Looking to spend a bunch of Gold. Need some assistance on this ticket to make it happen. 1 day to go!

next time you send in a ticket put in the title "i am a big gold spender", you will usually receive a response faster

so far 3 days have done and no reply to my ticket.

It took 4 days for my last ticket to be closed.

I accidentlly reset the event timer because of the underhanded tactic of not requiring confirmation for gold spending.

I wonder if you put in the subject line something like "gold cheat" if you would get a more timely response.

Erik, Sez pointed this out to me. Gold enquiries DO NOT get answered during the events.

You will get a response shortly after the event.

My last Gold purchase issue took 8 days to answer. And got answered with in 30 minutes of the event ending. Coincidence?

My CS outcomes are always great... but it is definitely slowed down a lot.
