Ok so here's what happened I was looking for a guy to rob and I found this one guy whose name I will not mention. I enter his hood and I find a lot of good buildings and I rob one and end up loosing so then I take a look at the rest of his hood and he has millions of dollars worth of buildings and equipment. I don't know how to post pictures so I'm just going to say what very expensive buildings, equipment, and decorations he has.

Buildings:

2 Beachside Inns Level 2
2 Dominican Restaurants Level 2
2 Fancy Restaurants Level 2
2 Upscale Clubs Level 4
2 Movie Theaters Level 5

Note: This is not all of the stuff he has. I only listed the more expensive and powerful things.

EDIT: You're level 80, so I'm assuming this opponent was around that level. If so, that all seems very reasonable to me.

The equipment is not so weird either, because it's not that he has 500 jets or something. It's 1 Quattro, 1 Hind Gunship etc. I'm sure he won these with crates.

That is entirely plausible and seems legitimate. The most common cheaters you will probably run across are players with hundreds of millions in game items, but no income that comes close to generating that much cash. Sadly, they are still all over the game after using a well known exploit/hack/glitch. And to make matters worse, a lot of them are now building their economies to hide the tracks, and I haven't seen Funzio do anything about them in some time.

The so called "cheater" is probably just wisely using his money outside and in the game. Let Funzio sort it out.

I just ran into a cheater, and called him out.
He replied,(yea it was a bug, they fixed it, don't be so serious it's just a silly game)
Well he's got a NC and 2 statues worth 32mill, and some other equipment that he gets to keep.
This is the one of the reason why I stopped spending gold, I'm not giving a company $ that just lets blatant cheaters keep their ill gotten loot. Fixed or not I don't think they reset the cheaters, they get to keep what they got through an exploit., which I disagree with.
Oh yea, he had 175k on him, I hit em 10 times and took like 6 cases from him, that felt good:)

First and most important: I never said this player I screened is a cheater. It was simply an example for the OP to show that lvl 2 NCs ain't something special.

Regarding that players inventory. I see if I can post screens later but remember he had hilarious amounts of gold items. Like 30 of those tanks from the last crates, couple of the hinds and other rare items.

All in all I'd say massive gold spender unless proofen otherwise. What made me think is the sheer amount of time to get all those buildings to lvl 10. But that again can be explained with gold purchases.

Ya sorry i just assumed it was a cheater at first, because i've never seen anything like it, and that usually means cheating. I would definitely be surprised to find out that this was legit, but also wouldnt rule it out. If its cheating, its pretty dam impressive how much time they've put in since they've been cheating from the very beginning.

Just wondering about this guy I found just now. He's lvl 22, makes 2500 / hr, did 400 jobs, won 260 fights for 240 lost and barely 50 robberies. And yet, the dude has 100 Colombian knives, 100 combat boots and 50 tommy guns. Which would make a total of over 30 000 respect points. How is this possible ? Can we also buy respect with gold ?

If you're wondering whether or not he's a cheater, I don't think he is. If he was a cheater he wouldn't have such a close win:lose ratio. The respect though, I think that could be up to debate.

There are two things that come to mind when I see this
1. He's saving up all the respect from completing goals and attacking/robbing rivals, but at his level that seems impossible which brings up #2.
2. Respect hack.

yeah I've reported 2 RP hacks in the past week.

First response from Funzio was - "we've already know about this player and we are dealing with it"

and the second guy I reported was "we will look into this player".

Of course they also tell you that they aren't going to let you know the outcome lol...

I reported a guy this morning as a may or may not be hacking (it's possible maybe he's not)

But questionable enough to report...

That is a LOT of money needed...

He has 2 MT and 2 Lofts (of unknown levels)

The ONLY weird thing (aside of how long it would have take him to do this) is that none of his "other" buildings was past level3... which is weird... 2 lvl3 laundromats??? that doesn't seem right...
