Water Temple of Healing - I am unable to place it! Is there some rule, somewhere?

I have tried several areas in my kingdom to place this boost building and haven't found the magic spot. Can someone give me a clue? :(

Hi Rhoderon,

You need to place the Temple in the water and not on land.
It should be fully in water, so you prolly need to get 1 or 2 expansions first.

Thanks for that info, and the add. I am up to 128 allies so far! I've actually created a spreadsheet so I can keep track of who I have added or asked to join. I did expand over water, but my shipyard has to utilize a section of that and the water temple is so large they can't share the space. Already have an expansion going for the next few hours so I'll have a wait until I can add this. Thanks!
