Hey
I just found that when we got item from monster if we kill the same kind of monster we will easy got item again. I can't confirm
Anyway, I got 7 items continueous, from ogre in Morogdar area, when it stopped gave me the item I didn't got from cave slame and giant rat but I got 4 items continueous again from trolls, before I ran out energy
please feel free to update the result, after you try this
