Pimp lowrider, skull shotgun, M72 rocket launcher and Bloody AK

Rare items to loot from district NPCs:
Ma Sheng @ Black Market - Reinforced Tonfa 70%, Experimental Mech Suit 20% and Chinese Assault Rifle 10%
Kane da Silva @ Octogon Alley - Cagefighter Pads 70%, Iron Fist 20% and tough guy low rider 10%
