Stinging Rocks Quest

In the Stingings Rocks Quest, I have to slay 4 Rock Scorpions in Splinterbone Canyon. The hints is "The collapsing of the mines drove scores of Rock Scorpions to the surface.
I have attacked many mines, both Abandoned Mine, but the scorpions didn't show up! Why?
Any suggestions!

Yeah you don't attack the mines. Just kill harpys or anything really. It's a rare spawn so you just have to kill things until one pops up and do that 4 times. Was a pain in the ass, took a little while for me.

So the hints is misleading.
I am almost reach level 2 in Splinterbone, I've only kill one scorpion!

There a few like that, took me ages to find them scorpions too.
