Help me! Quest

I'm stuck on the Shapeshifters quest(Located in Owlbear Hollow),It's a rare quest and you have to slay 2 Werewolves. Well the problem is that i've slayed 150 random monsters on the map and none werewolves have showed up. Am i'm unlucky or its something wrong?

It took me quite a while to be able to kill two werewolves.

Don't think I had to kill as many as 150 though but I guess if there is some randomness built into when they spawn then it could statistically be possible but seems a huge number.

Just unlucky, dont go for the monster that requires the least energy, kill a variety this raises the chance of a rare monster to spawn.

mix the killings, kill one of each if posssible, that seems to help
