how do u get excelor and nvb launchers etc??

is ppl playing a different version of what im playing all these ppl talking about crates and nvb launchers cw whats going on i got no idea can someone explain plzz im on level 45 still new to this

yes you are low level for those weapons to unlock ,
NVB night vision binoculars .
CW chainwhips
RPG rocket proppeled grenades or launchers .
Crates :p those 50 gold grates for 1 , or 145 crates for 3 , with gambling chances :p

You haven't unlocked the Excelero yet...the NVB should be listed in the Armour tab under Equipment...

You spend real money to buy in game gold. You use the gold to buy in game crates which are chance items that gives you a chance to obtain common, uncommon and rare items that you can't get through other methods.
