Is there a known mafia delete number glitch?

Have a friend who is lowering numbers and apparently can't delete lower than middle 500s. Is there any known glitch that prevents someone from deleting mafia members. I advised to contact support, but wondering if anyone heard of something like this

If they had over 1000 mafia to start with, then they won't be able to delete them as they're NPC's and not real players more than likely. A ticket into support requesting removal will fix it...mind you, their stats will be affected as well with the drop in mafia.

Yup.. she had well over 1000 mafia when she started deleting...Thanks for the information
