Yeah I open 15 a day... This event I only got 2 gun parts with cash rest gold.

That is lucky. I don't use gold on CC but on MW there have been two times where I spent 3,000 gold and still never got the last event goal item. Your real lucky.

Honestly I was tired of getting rejected with medium option and spent 20 bucks on gold... I figured Id use that gold open 16 times then when that ran out I'd do medium option until there was 2 days left then open all with gold. Then I ended up getting extremely lucky and got 10. But to answer your question yes I usually do try medium option first.
