When I level up, I am not earning any skill points. This is weird...
Also, is there anything we could buy to reset your skill points?

Double check by going to your profile, then click on the skills tab. If you show zero skill points, then contact funzio support.

To answer your second question, no. But you could use another device to start over.

Occasionally when you add skill points, it accidently add to many points. You can check this by manually adding up the number of points you have and comparing them to the standard points per level. This happened to me and I didn't receive points for four levels. I contacted support and was told it would eventually begin giving me once once I had caught back up.
