Is it wise to get exelcero when u can farm ECBus? I saw ppl also say that gun is easy to replace so don't get RPG, and chain whips are the best, but funzio may release new items lol, so what should I get?

Best location (afaik) is the Red Cascade at Red Light District.

As for farming and respect point spending, here's my 5¢. Farm items that help your weakest category, and spend your Respect Points on your weakest category but make sure to invest in a top tier item if you have the option (exception for NVBs).

If the items you farm and the items you buy with respect fall under the same category, that's no big deal. All you end up doing is strengthening your weak point so you can't go wrong. A bonus that comes from that situation is you can move on to farming something else sooner instead of spending weeks or months tapping the same job.

I would say no save your respect points for chain whips and farm ecbs all day long up until 250 - 300.

You will not replace Chain Whips or the Excelero so you really can't go wrong either way. That said, Chain Whips are a better value so it would probably benefit you more getting a good number of them first.

The order I've done things (more or less):

NVB - 400+ (will buy FBI shields at some point)
CW - 400+ (filling in with Reinforced Tonfa from Black Market)
Excelero - 117 (I have 248 DD's + 30 ECB's)
Now I'm buying RPG because they add more points / RP then Exceleros currently

if in doubt spend it on chainwhips, 200 , then 100 excelero , if 200 chain whips seems to much .
Then you can never go wrong with 100 of each kind , even if new respec items comes out .
Gives your last 100 maffia a huge stats boost , but to be fair , don't think new respec items are coming .

Unless they raise the level cap , since it would inflate crate purchases making commons there worthless .
Gamble less wise :p

Dip you need to try for a full day , sadly nothing else works anymore , so once you get the first one to drop .
Then subsequents are a bit faster .

Thus a whole day of energy has to be spent to test :( ...
But like said yesterday , drop rates are being nerfed all over the areas , am getting fed up with it :(
