NATO Gas Mask (4/18), Double Decker (18,14), or something else?

So I've decided to level up really fast and unlock the Underboss House at level 73. Because my mob is small (and my bracket is tiny), I've decided to level up by farming.

Both the NATO Gas Mask and the Double Decker won't add anything to my stats now because I'm only at a mob of 3. Which one should I farm for later?

The NATO Gas Mask has a better drop rates but the Double Decker is a vehicle and has better overall stats. I've unlocked up to the Empire Airport so I can farm both of these items.

So please advise. NATO Gas Mask, Double Decker, or something else?

EDIT: I'm not completely sure about the drop rates for either item as I just skimmed the loot spreadsheet. Please post something if you know something I don't. Thanks!

which level unlocks empire arena plaza ? if u can wait till there and get the urban warfare vest, way better stats and drops than masks

I have have looted those items for a few days now dd are way lower then advertised 2 in 63 tries NATO gas mask is about what the sheet says read the thread in the stickies about drop rates it may help

There are none >.< my sweet spot of 2-3 has been nerfed down to 1. a day GRRRRR!
18 hours of +5 energy , ...... to get none . but 1 before the event >.< .

so guess they really want me to go farm ma sheng ... >.<
