Question about completing cities to level 5?

So, I've maxed every city upto west side, and including shoreline to level 5, I was under the impression that the amount of money obtained from looting individuals would increase once the cities were mastered. However, Otto Pennig and the Casino still give their regular 4000-9600 and 4000-9500. The spreadsheet says that they're supposed to give at least 15000?

What spreadsheet? The money doesn't increase, I think it gives you a better chance to get the max amount of money.

This spreadsheet is extremely inaccurate. Like I said, the money does not increase each mastery level, it increases the chance of you getting the maximum amount of money you can get.

People's spreadsheet regards to finishing jobs is never accurate unless they actually finished it or gone thru the event.

On the other hand, I myself, have completed most areas (max lvl 5) and from my experience they do increase however it's not worth completing it..you spend more on the weapons in order to unlock the areas than the reward they give you. Even the weapons you receive is useless. The stats is so weak that I rather have the cash to buy explosives than the weapons/armor it gives. They pretty much nerfed it/changed the stats

After the nerf of M4a1s Pve is completely finished in this game so i rlly dont see an achievement in completing the cities.Do i miss something that i dont know?

Thx but i think loots are just trash there arent any good loots anymore i think.So boosting lvl by completing the cities is not different from swimming as a little fish between giant sharks fully equipped with M4A1s:) if there is still an item worth farming in the cities i rlly dont know it.
