Mage hero weapons? Help

I am level 34 Mage and at the moment I have a hex staff. I need to find a better weapon that my hero can use. I don't know what weapon/armor a Mage can use so if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Look in Fisk's sheet - there are three loot tabs. Please look in there.

Hi Skoty! Welcome to the forum! :)

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but did you buy the hex staff from the Hero Equipment section of the store?

If not, you can buy the highest, unlocked weapon & armor for your level from there until you find a better weapon drop location.

No I didn't buy it. And to be honest I really would rather not buy any weapon/armor. I looked at the data sheet but I didn't see anything that differs the class of each weapon. I harvested a "quickblades" 24/12 but my hero cannot use them. I am not one to camp. That's just not for me. I enjoy PLAYING the game. I use my energy to harvest weapons and for quest. Then while I'm waiting on that to replenish I use stamina to find an under defended silo or inn and raid or I'll find under defended rivals with a stack of unvaulted coins and attack. That's the only way to come out ahead on attacks. IMHO. Then I'll go and visit each ally. It says I have 46 yet I can only visit about 28 of them. I'll send them a few words and collect the 25 coins. Halfway through visiting my allies I attack/raid again since stamina has built back up. I know I'll probably end up getting burned later in the game for leveling up so fast, but, I want to play not sit. Lol. Thanks for the quick response everyone. I sure do appreciate it!

Nearly each tab has a "Usable by class" or "hero type" column. Look harder.

Look at my link, links to the data sheet fisk created. Monster Drop Info tab is what you need, it breaks it down by map/monster/items and its updated daily. Some items I haven't listed the hero class because i'm not positive on who can equip them but i'ts pretty easy to figure out just by the name.

Ok here is one not on there. Oasis lev 1 from man eater. 23/12 embedded bow. I just got that and can't equip it.

No it should be there, no quest required.

They are open from the start but i would strongly suggest farming the outcast goblin instead. Lower cost and less hits to kill. I've had decent drop rates on it. I've gotten 3 of the Book of Fate off of them.

Guess I should of added that i spent 2 days farming those mobs and the reason I chose them is they are much more efficient than the Myconid that takes 133 energy to kill compared to the Outcast Goblin that costs 70 energy. I have no clue what the drop rate is, just farming whats most efficient. Helping other players out is hardly an attempt to "kill every single decent drop site". Please get off your high horse.

Lol. Calm down. It'll be a long time before I get to any of yalls levels. And besides, that's what joining this forum is for. A lot of people that play don't bother. But I like to chat with my allies. And if they go days without answering me I drop them. That's why I only have a few. So I need those good weapons/armor. Lol. It's just the fun of playing.

Are you so ignorant you think they don't know their own game? Isn't the point of the forums to help people asking questions? If you think you get a competitive edge by keeping secrets then why are you here in the first place? Of course i'm a newbie, it's no secret that this is my first game of this type. I really don't understand where you're coming from. You run around policing the forums like you have some sort of power, someone calls you out on it and you get butt hurt.How old are you? Grow up!

The entire point of the data sheet is to help people understand and play the game better, that's why we're all here. You act like you're some member of a secret a club and i'm degrading it somehow. Seriously get off your high horse, this is a free game and a free forum and i'm going to continue to help people and post my findings as i continue playing. Unlike you i'm not so selfish that I can't help other players, there is no need to be secretive. Also i never claimed i made the data sheet, even though you spammed my thread with your worthless opinions on the subject. I simply spent hours compiling the information into newb friendly format to HELP other players. Which clearly it has. The information I gave him is common sense once you learn the mechanics of the game. I told him what drops where, I don't know the drop rates and never claimed to. I'm pretty sure funzio knows what items drop from what mobs.

PS - I did appreciate the help, and still do it's helped me come a long ways. Doesn't mean I'm not entitled to my own opinion on things. You don't see ghost running around policing every thread he posts in. Show some class, relax and remember this is only a game and we're all here to have fun not have some jerk on a power trip tell us what to do. It's not a big deal. I lpoked at the thread about the data sheet but I didn't realize how to find what a Mage could equip. And as far as I know, the guy fritz created the data sheet and the link to it and asked others to contribute to finding where , how, when the drop rates and if it was known to what class they could be equipped in. I don't really understand what the problem is. It is a game. I would personally be fine with building a kingdom and doing quest. Attacking random people is just something that makes it a little more "live". I feel like there are plenty of people out there that have plenty of money to blow. So does that make it fair that they get to buy all these super items that cannot be lost? If you want an unfair advantage you should go ahead and drop yourself a couple thousand cash in gems and buy all the super items the game has to offer. I really don't think funzio would mind!!! So just chill and enjoy the GAME.
