iOS upgrade to 5.1.1 ?

(I couldn't find this mentioned elsewhere on the Forum)

Is it safe to update my iPhone software to iOS 5.1.1 or will I have to backup/transfer my game beforehand?

You shouldn't need to do anything prior to upgrading - with regards to CC all the important data is held on CC's servers anyway.
