Problem with "Cold Fire - Kill Ice Trolls" quest

I've a problem with the Cold Fire - Kill Ice Trolls until you collect 1 Troll Heart in Eagle's Peak. I already have killed about a hundred Ice Trolls but no dropping of the Troll Heart. Maybe it has a slow dropping rate.

But; when i click the 'visit' button in the Quests menu, I go to Eagle's Peak but the Ice Trolls aren't focussed. Normally when you click visit, the creature you need to kill is targeted and focussed in the middle of your screen. This isn't happening. Maybe a bug? Or do I need to kill hundreds more?!

In game contact from. They will get you fixed up. They specifically address these types of issues and encourage people to bring them to their attention if they are not getting drops as they should be.
