Funzio a lawsuit waiting to happen?

Level 3 Colosseum Rifleman - looks exactly like dwarf from World of Warcraft. Same stance, height, posture, gun location. Both ginger
Greater Demon from Blighted Woods - looks exactly like Greater Demon from Runescape. Same name too
Fire Demon from Blighted Woods - looks exactly like Molten Giant from WoW.

I've noticed a lot others too, but these are the most glaring examples that I can recall (no previous list). It's pretty obvious that Funzio is a talentless company that merely copies other successful games. The questions that remain are: 1) Are they legally changing the minimum amount required in order to not get sued, and 2) If not, does the ensuing lawsuit wipe out the company.

In many regards, Funzio is similar to another large, mobile gaming company with a falling reputation. Zynga. In fact, Zynga has actually told employees to just copy whatever is successful and sell it. It would seem that Zynga has copied others and is in turn being copied by Funzio.

I do enjoy the game, and I'm just wondering what people think about this. Maybe I'm trying to make them sound worse than they are, or maybe they're blatantly copying the success of others. And yes, they do have some original content, but that doesn't excuse what they have stolen.

Nah. There is nothing to worry about. You can take superman for example. If you change even the slightest details and not call him superman or violate any other international trademark names, you are very well Protected in a intellectual Propery suit. Protected to the point it would not make sense to even try.
