Are you married? how old are you?

Did anyone else noticed that Ram, who started this questionnaire, didn't post his answers?

I'm engaged, my kids from previous marriage in 1983 are 23 & 26, and my answers give enough of a clue about my age.

How long to dig the hole? Was there any extra dirt left after filling it in? Apparently the extra dirt that the mass of the corpse dissipates is hard to hide... Often resulting in the grave being easy to find.

24 years old, married, a little girl 2 weeks old.

For all you soon to be dads, you think a pregnant wife is hard to deal with, you wait until the baby comes sleep and alcohol become a thing of the past.

You will learn to go to work on less than 2 hrs sleep a day, you will rarely get to eat and your cc economy will go down the toilet, other than all of that it's magic.

I was down in Atlantic City with my wife to celebrate. I was waiting to go for a 2pm massage on Saturday and I got my 10th doc right before I went in for the massage. The whole time during the massage I was thinking about it. I wound up losing playing the tables but the event prize made it all worthwhile. Yes I know I have issues...

Well, they are American teams, but all the best players in the world play on them. Initially the name didn't fit, they didn't even allow black players, but these days over 1/3rd of the league are not from the states. Heck, the best Japanese players in the world come here and many of their all stars end up in our minor leagues.

I think World Series comes a lot closer to being accurate now than it used to anyway.

Nice to see a fellow Wolverine roaming around! Top 10 next year in Basketball and Football! That's the real Man Football, not that foot ferry futbol you girls across the pond play ;-)

You wanna talk about a proper mans game? Look at the Rugby Football that we play over here.

Makes your American Football (correct name : hug egg) look like a girls sport. ;)

Especially the 'League' version....wet,cold and windy night in yorkshire and having to play that.
Less painful being water-boarded.

On topic, wow so much love in this thread...must be an age thing!

I'll take this one Sez,

a bunch of bloody blokes huddled tightly round one another groping each other in an attempt for one to acquire the ball and girlishly toss it/kick it away so they can repeat process..... Real Manly

As the Yanks are rubbish at all the sports that the rest of the world play, they just do what they do best...invent their own that no else plays or understands so they can then say they're the best...awesome :D

The huddle that you talk of is how the game is kicked off so as to speak. Teams have to battle to get the ball. The scrum half has to roll the ball into a pack of 12 men who have to push each other back enough so that the ball comes out the other side before anyone is allowed to touch it with their hands. The team then has to run the ball 130 yards wearing only a pair of shorts and a t-shirt while a team of 250 lb men try to stop them. Play is constatnt with no breaks until half time.

The Scrum is comparable to the snap in American football where you have the ball to yourself and get to nonchalantly pass it back to your quarter back, who then, wearing his crash helmet and all over body armour gets 4 attempts to move the ball 10 yards. Play lasts for about 5 seconds before every one has a nice little rest before moving on to the next try to move the ball 10 yards.

No reason to get personal.... BTW if all our best athletes played "futbol" we would smoke everyone, instead we field our "futbol" international squad with all the scrubs who can't play the sports that matter. #FACT. I played soccer too, until I was 7 years old..... Ok sorry for hi-jacking the thread.

My twins are 3. I felt bad I was playing in front of them yesterday so I let one of them touch the screen to beat up a rival. I'm like, "keep hitting him! Don't let him walk away!" What lessons am I teaching them?
lol, know the feeling! I think my son had a growth spurt that I missed... He's over 6 feet tall now, like all of a sudden.
Too funny!

lol, I let my son tap rivals, too. He wants to play soooo badly, but no, not for a while longer. I'd like to keep him innocent a little longer, ha, as if! I'm very protective & he's in a very good school that is very protective, too.

Watch out, your 3-year-old twins will be 13 before you know it! I feel like he was 3 last week, a little guy that came to my knees....aaaaw! Now, girls look at him! Eeeep! At least he doesn't look back.... Yet!

Congrats to all of you new dad's-to-be, it seems like they'll be babies forever, but it goes by fast!!

And to CS *hugs* :)

This is true.

The US is undoubtedly a great sporting nation. It is only to be expected considering the size of the population and strength of the economy.

In fact if you consider the size of the population, the amount of medals that the US has won is comparatively poor.

Burn
05-09-2012, 03:34 PM
Australia kick their arse if you go by population.

As do Jamaica.

In fact Americans are so bloody bad at sport they hold events called the World Series, and don't let anyone else in the World actually take part!!

Joeycool
05-09-2012, 03:42 PM
Check out Norway... population of 5M - 447 medals!

And Sweden population 9.5M - 604 medals!

Yeah tried tht n didnt work  doc says the only thing tht'll work is IVF which could be a hit or miss, and at $15,000 per shot it aint cheap! So for the time being we just compensate with pets 3dogs 2snakes n recently got a kitten after i had carple tunnel surgery, cos my mate had to move n couldnt take the kitty! Was either we take it or it went to the animal welfare league, which has a 70% rate of putting them down 

Well, just keep trying diligently and you might well be bless. Like the CC events, it is a numbers game! Good luck!
