Where are those DD come from?

Those stats are pretty weak for that level but he has only got 127 mafia which means if he increased his mafia to the maximum he could use, his stats would probably be better than my iPhone stats below. I'm half tempted to drop my mafia down to 127 and so i can attack him because there's an easy $500K to be stolen.

He does have over 11,000 jobs completed. So it is possible to get that many loots. But the double stacked buildings isn't right.

nice level 19 dude. surprised a gold buyer didnt find you. then again it seems nearly impossible to have those stats at your level without gold. am i wrong?

He has end map equipment: mech suit,fighter pads, am I correct on that statement. I thought those items open up at higher maps, well above 83.
Oh, and at 20k an hour he would be out of his mind doing crazy expansions like that, and no buildings to fill them with.

Yup, the last two maps don't open up till lvl 120, 125 respectively.

No, mathematically it is not possible.
I just reviewed Kakarot's spreedsheet. The earliest unlock level is 67. And he is right now 83
Spreedsheet tells us that the drop rate is 10% with total energy cost 645.
So basically you need 6450 energy to loot one DD.
Which mean he already spent 645000 energy on looting.
Corresponding experience gain would be 180000.

And what does 180000 experience mean? You can see through the picture that a lvl83 player only has 140000 exp.

While there are many alarm bells here, there was a time you could farm DDs with great success. It was when multi click jobs could pay out on any click, not just the final click. I remember getting 3 or 4 for 1500 energy sometimes. They nerfed it.

Also, this guys name is Alex, and he has a ton of empty real estate. Other than the building glitch that you can see, he really looks like someone who already got busted, and maybe went back at it or something. This is a weird one.

About empty space....When I look at some users hood from my iPad2 running CC HD I see tons of free space. Then fire up CC non HD on the same iPad2 and I see all there trees and bus stops.

I'm sure it was him! His hood is exactly like that. He is an obvious cheater he has many end game PvE items that he cannot even access! I reported him and no action has been taken. His name is the same as well! C'mon Funzio. No amount of RM could get items like those...
