Whether to build my 2nd Upscale Club - I have the money
OR to wait until I reach lvl 90 - almost there - and then buy a Russian rest for only 2 mil and then when that is finished I should be back to 4 mil and can do the 2nd club

Does this make no sense because as I'm typing this I'm thinking why wouldn't I just start the Upscale now....lol
Possibly because I could do an expansion at the same time my Russian is building - yea that's why!

I'm amazed at how may level 1 upscales I come across! People are really missing a trick not upgrading these buildings!

They fit into 12, 24, 48 strategies too. Awesome buildings.

my upscales are still lvl 1 because i upgraded my pizza parlour to lvl 10 lol im amazing. i will upgrade them eventually though i got some low lvl stuff i want to get outta the way.

You're right - but those upgrade cost are high.
Going to build it later because I want to build and sync this one all at once. My entire hood is out of sync at the moment........I find it difficult to stay on track - starts to slip 10 minutes here and there - then an hour - then its a huge clusterF.....
