I know that I won't upgrade them and I could save money on doing an expansion right now

Electronics
Meat Packing
Deli
Diner

2pizza parlours

Agree or disagree....?

I plan to keep all my other buildings except the warehouse may eventually go...

Agree, I'm thinking about selling them too, along with all non 12/24/48 buildings...except my wedding chapels ... And the NCs when I get them :-)

I'm not as worried about the collection times - my life is pretty flexible for that. It's just that I don't like to keep trying to find room for them when they don't make much money and I don't like the look of them

Oh - I forgot about the souvenir store ....that too

Yeah, i wanna sell them for aesthetic value too. My hood is ugly - have as many buildings cramped in there as possible. It's a real eye sore.

Sasha, delete slowly (only to make barely enough room for what you need)/ Take the buildings you listed and plug them into this formula: Sq.ft./income/payout time. The lowest number, for all those buildings you listed, is what you should delete FIRST.

I have sold all of those except for the souvenir and also sold the clothing store, but with the clothing store there is one catch. There is a quest at some point in the game to buy it and then later another quest to collect from it 10 times. I sold it before the quest to collect from it, and I seriously doubt I'll ever buy it back just to do the quest, but if I do I'll sell it again.

Growth Type A uses a modified triangular sequence (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triangular_number):

1 -> 1
2 -> 3
3 -> 6
4 -> 10
5 -> 15
6 -> 22
7 -> 31
8 -> 42
9 -> 55
10 -> 75
Type A cash buildings, with bases:

Barbershop, $140
Deli, $60
Diner, $100
Gas Station, $55
Gun Shop, $300
House, $360
Italian Restaurant, $140
Laundromat, $5
Loft, $11000
Movie Theater, $3100
Nightclub, $175000
Pawn Shop, $125
Pizza Parlor, $30
Souvenir Store, $60
Tattoo Parlor, $105

At lvl 10 they produce x75 times more which means Income/hr heavily increases.
