Time Chemical Plant upgrade to level 4 and Desalination Plant to level 5?

Does anyone know the time and (less important) cost of the upgrades for the Chemical plant to level four and the desalination plant to level 5? I've got an upgrade in progress so I can't check either of them to see, and it's not on the spreadsheets. Thanks!

Desal plant is 48 hr and 6.2 mil. Off of the spreadsheet. When my chem plant is done, I'll confirm this.

Yep, as Johnny says 6.2million and 48 hrs for Desal.
An educated guess the Chemical plant is going to be close to 16million.
