Question about Pvp loot.

Hey there i have recently been fighting an awful lot more and want to know one thing. Do you get better loot drops if the victim has more money on them?

I say this because i recently beat on someone with a million on hand and i received two armoured police trucks, whereas typically i only get butterfly knives and stuff like that.
