Hotel level 2 and Rock Cafe level 2?

Do you think it's a good idea to upgrade them to level 2?

Brilliant idea i say, both my rc's r lvl 3 n i love it lol im only making $340k ph but im concentrating on my next expansion which is 30mil while my 2nc builds n my first 1 is upgrading 
