Need transfer help

Just got an iPad and had a few questions:
1. My new device has a different funzio I'd than my old device and don't know how to transfer
2. If I can correct issue 1, can I freely transfer the game back and forth between devices?

Make a Funzio ID then press the transfer game button. Then pick old device (on ur old device) then go to the new device open CC. Then log in with the ID hit transfer game pick new device then there u go
