Hard Core Hitman Reward Weapon SMG Seriously???

Just completed the hardcore hitman for level 85.. and got that whopping weapon upgrade of an SMG A4.

That weapon would have totally helped me at like level 1.... Seriously why such a weak weapon for a reward?

Okay now back to the regularly scheduled beatings...
