Why not? Its a valid request

Even if the request was declined I would at least expect notification back

I have waited 6 days for a response to quite a big issue. I have also PM'd Mark. What is usually very good customer service has been horrendous.

I have one from 6 days even pm'ed mark and no response either way. Bad time for them to check out since I don't think it is something they can fix and may result in my game being reset
