Force Degredation Missions harder and harder to even try....

Hey all, got a small problem. I'm try to complete all my valor missions before leveling up, but I can't find anyone that fit the required stats. My mission now is:

Force Degradation: Operation 166, Win 17 battles against opponents with 396 or more allies

Problem is, I can't FIND anyone with 396 or more allies. I see a few 370's, 360's, but once every few days do I see 400+, which is what I need. I'll hit the "Refresh" button over a dozen times, same low ally results. Any suggestions?

Try adding 5 allies and refresh rival list. If you still cant find them, keep adding 5 at a time untill you see them

You can't see them because a few weeks ago the top tier started being sorted by ally ranges as well. They are out of your ally range. If you want to complete the mission your gonna have to add allies till ur at about 350.
