Does it actually reduce anything? I'm at level five and can't see any difference am I wrong? Has anyone seen a noticeable difference?

Hard to tell because of this event - I always feel that casualties are less with an event going on. When I first upgraded it - didn't seem to make a lot of difference. Now PvP is awesome.

from my experience, it makes a minimal difference in PVP loss. I plan to upgrade to level 10 eventually, which will take god knows how long

idk. mine is lvl 6.

seems like losses totally depend on how strong your opponent is. and make up of his army (strong against units, gold units)

if i attack someone with 2k defense i will have 0 casualties. someone close to my stats- i lose 4 every time.
