I am starting to play crime city on my iPod touch (main account is on my iPad). I am goin to build a good economy and I am going to start by purchasing movie theaters at a low level. To those who are camping or did camp. What's the best way to save up 140,000 when your on level 10? I have about 90,000 but it took sooooooo long to accumulate. Any tips? Thanks

I have no experience camping at such a low level, but I would suggest upgrading your Laundromats to level 10 and maintaining 100% collection once you do.

I have been working with Mr. Dreno33 bouncing questions off of him. He is has a per hour income higher then mine but he some extra gold buildings that I didn't.

Upgrade and collect Laundromats

Use gold for ice cream shops and upgrade, use Tapjoy to get gold for a 2nd one.

Build and upgrade all 3 hour buildings and T-shirt stands.

Be patient.

Not sure when I started, sometime in January I think, but I have 2 level 4 lofts and 2 level 6 movie theaters, as well as every other cash building up to level 5. My hourly is just shy of 50K now. Patience patience patience. Every 12 hours I haul in more than 400k. At this point, I am not very diligent about any building under 12 hours. You can do it.

Laundry Matt's.....you may think I'm kidding but really get them to level 10. I happen to have a job where my phone sits on my desk running CC all day long.

Dreno33 did a great write up on them. I will dig it up and give you the link.

Always Always have an upgrade going.....never let one finish in the middle of the night when you can not start another one for 3 hours or something. Pick a different one.

Never ever bank. Outfit you mafia the best gear at your current level on the defense side. I have never attacked or robbed anyone, and you may loose to a gold player but at that level you will never loose more then the bank will take from you.

Also when I said you might loose to a gold player. Max and got hit by the same one but by the next day they where so many levels above us it didnt matter.

One great way to get information about camping is join a camping syndicate. We have 30 campers who we bounce off information on all day. You also get all the bonuses that go with the syndicate.

Personally, I recommend you focus on boss events if you can. Check out the guide in my sig for some info. Hopefully these boss events don't go the way of MW thoughand require 50 boss kills.

We also have building output maxxed and all defensive bonuses maxxed except explosive d which is at 20% with 300/450m saved.

Is it possible to lvl through pvp only? Also what are the perks of doing quests or is camping the best route?

Yes it's possible to level through PVP :)

Quest give you additional loot but there are not exactly great loot most are weak best one come at higher level.

At camping is best route until you making good money than you can slowly level up.

Thanks for the reply I am level 20 boss just now, I just want to make my second account a lot stronger than my first and to be earning more money my first account is level 52, nearly 15k attack and nearly 19k defence but only earning something like 14 grand an hour so thought would try and do my second account a lot differently and hopefully making it a stronger account :) will have a look at your camping guide now.

Regarding the way you obviously will level up depending on the amount of fights you will win during the war here is my question: on average how many points do you pick up per PvP victory?

Camping is when you choose not level up instead you just collect and money and upgrade buildings . It can be any account it doesn't have to be another account or different phone. Some people level too fast and get beat up and realise it's better to camp build up the stats so they do do boss event and ignore any box events.

Some people have 2 devices (main one they use) and old device that they have no use (Use camping) one.

You can kill the DL without getting XP... you just have to make sure your attack is way weaker than his defense. :D

Just to clarify, you attack the defense leader, and if you win the fight, the defense leader goes down which allows you to attack any of the members of the opposing syndicate. I believe it's typically better to power attack a defense leader (uses 100HP) if you're going to lose anyway, although the power attack gives your attack stat a 50% boost (e.g. 30k atk --> 45k atk) since the power attack will take down half of the DL's health, as opposed to four separate normal attacks (since a loss to the DL removes only 1/10th of the DL's health).

I could be wrong though-- I've heard that if the DL has a defense way, way stronger than your attack, it takes 3 power attacks to kill the DL instead of two, but I can't confirm this since it's never happened to me.
