Create a jail in the game for cheaters....put them away for 48 hours.

They should incorporate like a jail in the game. Run into the cops (players disguised as undercover cops, but you would have to achieve a major status to become one) and get put away for either 24, 48 or 36 hours and get 25%-50% of skills taken away. Something like that. I don't know...Property taken away. ya get the picture. I also would like to see this game on PS3 platform.

Exactly what I was shooting for...I like the Guantanamo idea also. you can also add in having to listen to Rosie O'Donell singing something else besides the national anthem.
