Tapjoy issue

My entire offer list on tapjoy is full of "expired offers". I can't do them, and they won't go away. Tapjoy's customer service dept appears to be one mildly retarded guy who sends random pre-packaged answers to anyone who emails them. Anyone know what I can do to refresh my list?

This is because youve already dont the same exact offers on another device. On the top left corner there is an option to change your device, make sure its the right one.

Usually this is the case with expired offers.

You just have to change it from the old Ipad to the new one, it gives the option on the top left corner.

Did that, didn't work. In fact, before I switched it to the new pad, I saw new offers but couldn't get the rewards. When I switched tapjoy to my new device, all I see is old offers. The expired offer notice says to click refresh, but that obviously doesn't work.

Tapjoy is messed up and their support sucks. I have a similar issue and they just stopped replying. No answer at all. Before that they sent like four answers from Captain O. that didn't help one bit.

gree is no longer allowing tapjoy for crimecity. gree has its own free gold earning system now where u rarely see any offers hehe
