up to 224! I need about 75 more for my nightclub. I got the 40 Million by constantly upgrading my money buildings. Eventually you can buy movie theaters and lofts.

1 - Level 8 movie theater = 260K per day
1 - Level 7 movie theater = 190K per day
2 - Level 5 lofts = 600K per day

That's over a million per day and I only have to collect twice a day to get it.
