Gives you 1% less casualties and an extra 1% for every upgrade , if your a free player at a low level I would do it later in the game .

i disagree. it is the most valuable building in the game (assuming it actually works) if you do a lot of pvp.

That is right. It is 20% at level 10. All the boost buildings are 20% at 10. Thanks for the correction.

I have a level 7 infirmary and units are dying left and right with bringing just 120 units to battle, lol.
