You could ask support, but they would probably ban you for wasting their time when they are overrun with Hardened Shotgun/Where's my gold/Kingdom's Age tickets. ;)

I think it would be ok to ask as a PS on a legitimate ticket. IMO

The cash bonus sucked...( the ones made by bean counters)...not the iPad
