Where's the Med Kits??

Anyone else having difficulty with finding these "Med Kits"??
I unloaded my clip/blew my load 20 times already- attacking and raiding everything and everyone....
I even hit Infirmaries... no Med Kits! Now what kind of Infirmary doesn't have medical supplies?? LOL
Only came across one Med kit, which opened with cash.
I have a feeling it's going to be a long 6 days. Woof! Woof!

Got five so far - two for PvE (naval battle) and three from PvP

Got 4 so far and one vaccine. This is the best start, so far, that I've had in any event. all pve, all just doing missions in order.

i like to farm to gunner form the first mission with my 400 energy its a guaranteed medic box and some pretty low exp, + my energy replenish 65% faster so i can make 1 box per hour

Not that new, I'm level 27 on modern war... So new to modern war. I have no idea where any good item drops in mw. I know your talking about med kits. I only found 1 and I used a full bar of energy 4 or 5 times. I have 1 vaccine. 1 fail. What are the stats on the amphibious trooper? Thanks

If you haven't already, try doing some PVP. I got about off of one rival alone. With your stats, you shouldn't have a problem getting some that way.

I just killed one or two PvE guys doing a mission, and almost immediately got 2 med kits.

I don't think it matters - but just to follow the mission sequence.

Think it's traffickers base. But what hits for one, won't for another. Best to try your own mission order imo.

There random. My two usual spots the amp squad leader and the mini sub on emir are not dropping anything. I had 15 left and hit the insurgent leader on the very 1st map and got one and I never get any off of him. I now have some from pvp and the rest from random pve's I haven't finished yet.

Getting half and half, PVE/PVP. Have only got 5 total, don't drop like they used to, which is fine by me. If I can jst get one every hour doing PVP, that's enough.

OP- this is 100% bro science, no legit proof, but this is my experience.

PVE advice:

all other events i have gotten my boxes mostly from pvp, but if needed i'd hit the amp. squad leader and w/ my 2000 energy, he would give me like 5 drops.

this event, i started by hitting the amp squad leader. after 2k energy only had ONE drop. so i changed it up. went to all four destinations on the first page and hit a random target a couple of times and the med kits were coming from everywhere. got 5 of them with about 200 energy. so i think its best to change up your location on pve.

I have been hitting the amphibious squad leader five times now and only one box. Is it better to complete the map and then hit the amph. Sq. Ldr? it will cost me a lot of energy to do that!

my experience is low drop rate with a high open rate, not necessarily vaccines though. I only opened 5 boxes so far with 2 vaccines, 1 ally, 2 60k.

I got 4 vaccines the first day and have 7 unopened medkits today. I found a great spot to farm them, I did this with weapon boxes and ended up with 8 warheads and 16 boxes left over. I started that event late sadly

With this rate am not going to get anywhere with these med kits. I have even waisted my gold to open, only to get 300000, I don't want money, I have loads.

I find dropping my device from height helps.

Doesn't open boxes but it helps.

Wonder if drop rates vary by level. Usually 1 in 2 hits in naval battle dropped a med kit. Never tried anywhere else. My brothers at lower levels had less luck in the naval battle but still no really long dry spells. PVP was where I and my brothers had the best luck.

I had 10 med kits tried opening 30 times got 2 vaccines in the whole week
