I've been debating on buying gold to finish upgrade times because I'm very impatient. So I'm looking for some insight from good players on what do they use there gold for. Finishing upgrades,buying units?

Be patient. These games are marathons, not sprints. Unless you are very wealthy, I would think you are crazy to spend the ammount of Gold on any "finish now". If you're that well off, send a little to this side of the Delaware, could use some help with my mortgage this month:)

I have gotten 32 crates. 1/3 of which were rare with stats >100. I got about the same amount uncommon and common. The rares are similar units that cost>500 gold each.

Do the crates only contain 1 item?

1 crate = 1 item, that's why people buy the three packs.

I agree, short term, best benefit is the crates. But long term, I feel like the composite factory is the best investment. And I actually have used gold to finish upgrades or buildings to sync them up with others that pay out on the same schedule. Just my opinion, though.

So if I accidentally do finish a build with gold, anyway to reverse that with Funzio support? Sent a ticket but no reply for 4 days now.. Its way to easy to do that mistake on an iPhone

I don't think so I did it in the past and they told me it my choice and wasent a error...

Have used gold to finish upgrades as well. Mostly when I wanted to begin another upgrade and didn't feel missing the chance and having a 10 hour or so deadtime of no upgrade going on.

I've used gold to finish upgrades and expansions a couple of times, only low amounts when I need to though.

E.G I might be going to stay overnight at my girlfriends but upon leaving the house I still have half an hour left of an upgrade - i'll use gold to finish it and then get another upgrade going for while I'm away.

This is almost exactly how and why I do this.

As most of us found that the time took for upgrading is too long, why can't they shorten down the time. We won't bare to spend 300 gold just to complete one upgrading. why not we could upgrade few building at once?
